Travel 8500 kilometers from Hungary, turn your head towards Japan and stop a couple of kilometers from the shores of the Korean mainland. There, you will find a gorgeous little island – Jeju. It’s here that I met István Medvigy and his wife, Mi Kyoung who run Jeju’s Budapest Inn. This is the Hungarian entrepreneur’s 11th year in Korea, which makes him a reliable source on all things Korean.
